Ruben has said multiple times that he doe not intend to trade Cliff Lee, but as a GM he has to listen to any offer a team may offer despite his intentions to not trade Lee. Cliff was supposed to start today but has been scratched due to a stiff neck, so rumblings around the league is that, are the Phillies skipping his start so they can trade him when he is healthy? The Phillies have lost 6 in a row and are 9.5 games behind the Braves and are in third place in NL East. The Phillies playoff chances are getting slimmer by the day and no one knows what Amaro and the Phillies are going to do.
